RECENT EVENTS INCLUDE
On Friday June 13th, at 7:00 p.m., forty students from grades 1 through 4 performed the musical review "Just for Grins." This was followed by a performance of Broadway favorites by the Shirley Middle School Showstoppers.
On Saturday May 3rd, ten of our young actors and actresses took part in the Massachusetts Middle School Drama Festival at Bromfield School in Harvard and brought home a bronze medal for their production of The Princess and the Pea. They also performed for Middle School and elementary school classes on May 7th. The cast included - Justyn Clark as the Prince, Kayla Dill as the Queen, Robert Morse as the Wizard, Annika Quinones as the Page, Cassandra Vasquez, Vicki Doughty, Deanna Wood, and Tricia Sheen as the Princesses, and Stevie Schaeffer and Marissa Vasquez as the maids.
Thanks go to 4th grader Ryan Morse for running the lightboard for this show. We are proud that special recognition awards were given to Annika Quinones and Kayla Dill for their performances at the Festival.
